• In the same condition as received

• Sent back within 14 days of the original delivery date

Return Delivery Requirement:
Returned items must be delivered back to us within 14 days after the return is initiated to qualify for a refund.

Return Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refund Processing:
Once your returned item is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Situations:

• Items returned used, damaged, or altered

• Items not returned within the stated timeframe
