Shipping policy
At Jomere Collections, each order is carefully prepared to ensure quality and accuracy.
Processing Time:
Please allow 2–3 days for order processing before shipment. Processing times may vary during high-volume periods, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Time:
Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days depending on the shipping carrier and destination. Please note that shipping timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Delays:
While we strive to meet estimated delivery windows, delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control. Jomere Collections is not responsible for shipping delays once the package has been transferred to the carrier.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Jomere Collections is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages. If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please:
- Check your mailbox and around your property.
- Ask members of your household or neighbors if they accepted the package.
- Contact your local USPS office, as they can verify the GPS location where the package was delivered.
We recommend reporting any delivery issues to us within 48 hours of the tracking status changing to "Delivered." Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee assistance with claims reported after this timeframe.
Refunds & Returns:
Refunds will not be issued for delayed shipments unless the item is returned in accordance with our return policy. To qualify for a refund, eligible items must be duly returned to us in their original condition.
